Lalla Vaak (Paperback)
Echoes of the intense search into the deepest recesses of Self by the great Trika sage-poetess, Lalla, have come down like celestial downpour which drench with their unearthly awe and make one deeply speculative. The subtle verses through which Lalla has uttered out her within, in the fourteenth century Kashmir, bear the communication of unparalleled profundity. The rendition of 127 Kashmiri verses of Lalla into Hindi verses and English prose-poems by Tej Raina bears an aroma of the original. This makes the book rich and precious. The explanatory comments on the philosophical references in the Lalla-Vaakhs make the book an authentic research work. Lalla Vaak __Echoes from Paandrenthan is a reference manual for all.
