A few years passed since I completed my research and the SWWC the question kept bothering me until I realized what I had to do. As exciting as it was, it wasn't my mission. A Harvard Business Review article by Professor Teresa Amabile, titled How to kill creativity, inspired me. It described what Corporate America was doing, unintentionally, to kill creativity. I realized that my research and personal experiences hold the key to help mature companies who gave up on innovation. My new mission became: helping Corporate America un-kill creativity and out-innovate startups.
