I've really enjoyed making the green shakshuka, the asparagus pasta, and the ricotta pesto, and have already bookmarked a lot of other recipes to try. This book is very accessible for beginner chefs, but the flavors are so exciting and advanced that no one will know it took you 30 minutes to make.
